Expense Report Creation from Credit Card Statement: The consultants from SSA & Company (a G100 Companies) spend about 30-45 minutes each week entering and submitting expense reports. For the population of 300 consultants, this is a substantial non-value added activity. Deployed bot to automate the actual creation of expense report thus reducing approximately 80% of the expense report creation time. Auto-creation of Independent Consultant Invoice from Timesheet: SSA & Company uses a lot of independent consultants (IC) who are deep experts in their field for client projects. Each IC have a project based contract with hourly rate and total hours. The ICs send an excel based timesheet on a weekly basis. At the end of the month, each IC send an invoice that goes through the Accounts Payable (AP) process. The entire process is manual taking significant amount of time to complete the process for the AP clerks. Automated the timesheet entry into FinancialForce and auto created AP invoice based on the timesheet, hourly rate and contract terms via RPA. The auto-generated invoice is submitted for AP process and approvals.
