identifying gaps and led training on A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, data-driven design, business model canvas, customer journey mapping, and product roadmapping.

creating a framework so anyone can start doing data-driven design, and check their assumptions about customer behavior and the reason behind business performance with on-site analytics.

leading an effort to share learnings across similar business units by collecting stories (both wins and misses) across teams in 5 international markets and sharing actionable insights and ideas to implement.

listening and being their champion to senior global leadership, advocating for process changes and pitching in to spearhead initiatives that lacked design resources.
