Facilitate design thinking workshops on solutioning complex problems such as improve business growth, simplify pricing strategy through automated pricing tool, automate delivery promise and shipping, improve listing quality, set up campaign and incentives. Advocate for user-centric design.
Data-Driven Design - Collaborate with UX researchers to develop custom research plans tailored to specific goals, leveraging data and research to inform design decisions.
Increase User Engagement and Satisfaction - Design new features for an automated pricing tool, contributing to approximately $10M in annual GMV after initial release. Designed a new shipping purchasing feature, generating about $50M annually. Additionally, designed a E2E recommendation engine product powered by AI which generates data-driven recommendations, such as pricing, inventory, delivery to help sellers grow their businesses, resulting in 25% increase in platform awareness, 230% increase YoY seller adoption and approximately $330M annually.
Consistency - Oversee multiple product areas in the platform to create holistic experience. Manage and lead XFN design workshops to connect stakeholders on delivering consistent experiences, mitigating risks, identifying dependencies, and propose design solution strategically.
