• Led concept-to-DFM development of a derivative product (triband wireless adapter) and delivered 10+ design proposals, including the final production concept released in 2025.
• Produced manufacturing-aware CAD and iterated 15+ physical prototypes for alpha testing to validate mechanisms, robustness, and feasibility, including radio frequency function.
• Conducted 4 rounds of user surveys and researched 10+ competitor products to inform design goals and strategies.
• Presented 10 final concepts and high-fidelity prototypes to NETGEAR’s Product Design and exec teams, including Chief Industrial Designer and VP of Product Design.

• Led CMF and packaging development for Heat Kits program, created 3 design directions for final product in accordance with market segmentation, user profiles, and cost constraints.
• Established distribution networks at 5 local public schools and churches, resulting in over a 500% increase in outreach.
• Conducted market research on 20+ competitor products to assess user needs and inform design decisions.
• Created in-depth timeline for kit implementation and distribution through existing community networks, including a system for the ongoing collection of user feedback.
