Notional is a decentralized finance (DeFI) protocol that provides fixed rate lending and borrowing, providing much needed stability in the crypto space. My work with Notional started as a series of product design and brand sprints at Accomplice Design.   I transitioned to full time to help grow and train the design team as well as lead user research and product design efforts. ### Co-Founder | CEO | Head of Design @ Accomplice.Design Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area A UX & product design studio in San Francisco specializing in Blockchain and fintech products for early and late stage startups. We work closely with clients to drive growth, launch and test products as well as support internal development teams. ### Primary Instructor | Product Design Track Co-lead @ Tradecraft Jan 2015 – Jan 2019 | San Francisco Bay Area Tradecraft is a full time, in-person immersive training program for people who want to work in startups. As primary instructor and track lead, I created original curriculum and mentored early-career designers. Additionally, I led consultations with over 50 startups for student projects. Curriculum blocks I built focused on habit, cognition, and design for behavior. I created and led workshops and presentations for user research & user interviews, customer development, onboarding, designing for growth, and experimentation. ### Co-Founder | Designer @ Team Machine Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 I joined forces with the previous Co-Founder of Handle to create predictive analytics for teams. We deployed custom-built machine learning models to create recommendations for enterprise agile software development teams that would predictively boost their agility health scores on a sprint-by-sprint basis. Our tools boosted team scores across a broad spectrum of metrics such as continuous deployment, internal communication, and servant leadership. I led all design, prototyping, and testing. I also spearheaded all user research efforts - including interviews with agile development coaches. ### Lead Product Designer @ Handle Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 Handle is a simple, powerful web app that lets you manage all your Gmail inboxes, to-do lists, and reminders from one place. I led a team of designers and user researchers to define ideal customers, and deeply understand their habits and preferences. Produced and tested prototypes, and led all design efforts for mobile app, apple watch app, and desktop app. ### Sr. User Experience Designer @ Adobe Jan 2011 – Jan 2013 | San Francisco I led product design for Adobe's conversion rate optimization suite of tools.
