A Regional Delegate is a Full Delegate with additional roles and responsibilities regarding managing the other Delegates in their region, reporting to the region's Senior Delegate, and further developing and promoting the association within their region. ### Full Delegate @ World Cube Association Jan 2023 – Present | United States WCA Delegates are official representatives of the WCA; one such representative is required to be present at a competition to ensure it follows the WCA regulations, handle incidents, keep the competition on schedule, support the WCA mission statement, and ultimately to officiate the results. This is an official (volunteer) Staff position within the WCA. ### Event Organizer @ World Cube Association Jan 2019 – Present | United States Volunteer work organizing official WCA Rubik's cube competitions. Involves all of the planning work regarding the schedule, website, venue, etc., coordinating with a WCA Delegate to officiate the event, and then running the competition day of.
