- Developed and Launched AppFolio Investment Manager, followed by Alpha, an emerging product that doubled the contract value of large customers. As the technical lead, brought Alpha to production in 6 months, 3 months ahead of goal
- Designed, created, and iterated on the Waterfall Distribution feature, a complex technical tool that distributes billions of dollars without error
- Evaluated & leveraged multiple classes of Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neural Networks to optimize data extraction for key Alpha features

Architect for the front end over the course of 5+ years, owning the front-end road map across 4+ teams
- Make foundational decisions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure developer happiness & productivity by adopting new technologies, migrating away from outdated tools, and continuing to upgrade & invest in the choices that supported our growth
- Designed page architecture to produce a highly consistent and teachable development experience across the app, significantly improving code readability & maintainability
- Led a full migration to typescript

- Led product development team to migrate an internal micro service to a monolithic architecture, reducing time-to-market for business critical features
- Led a group of engineers to reduce time-to-interactivity from up to 60 seconds to less than 1 second
