I’m an engineering leader with 10+ years of experience bridging software engineering, IT strategy, and team leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve stepped into de facto manager/director roles, leading technical strategy, mentoring engineers, guiding personnel performance management, and aligning projects with business outcomes. 

I believe success in technology isn’t just about code or tools. It’s about people, processes, and technology working together. I’ve led teams through cloud migrations, developed internal apps to track KPIs and automate business processes, and delivered B2B software products as well as led cross-departmental initiatives, always focusing on clarity of vision and collaboration. 

My leadership style is holistic. I focus on technical alignment by ensuring that architecture and strategy directly serve business needs. I emphasize team empowerment through mentoring, coaching, and fostering motivation so engineers not only grow in their careers but also deliver strong results. I also drive organizational impact by improving communication across departments, setting clear priorities, and creating policies and processes that scale effectively.
