As a Frontend Developer, I worked on core platform initiatives across the Fox News digital ecosystem, with a focus on homepage, CMS, authentication, and tracking. At Toonimo, I built interactive analytics dashboards for enterprise customers using Vue.js, Backbone.js, and Highcharts, giving clients visibility into user engagement, drop-off, survey results, and search behavior. I collaborated with engineers across offices to design and implement REST API endpoints that powered these dashboards and other UI features, ensuring data was accurate, performant, and easy to explore.

I also created a debugger tool for the walkthrough editing studio that helped users diagnose configuration issues on their own, which reduced support overhead and improved customer satisfaction. As Professional Services Manager, I owned relationships with the majority of Toonimo’s large enterprise clients, focusing on adoption, retention, and successful onboarding. I implemented custom JavaScript solutions tailored to client environments—including Salesforce and LMS integrations and accessibility enhancements—and helped ensure these deployments were performant, stable, and easy to maintain.
