Sole designer on product, building design system/component library, contributing front end developer (React + Typescript)
Led and helped scale a team from 4 to 30 at Lyft that focused on multi-modal transportation options. We shipped features such as public transportation schedules and routing tools that helped our customers make better, more-informed transportation decisions.
Collaborating with our recruiting partners, helped architect hiring guidelines for the Product Design organization, which contributed in growing Lyft's Product Design team from 13 to 90+.
I also was one of the core early contributors to the 2017 redesign of the Lyft passenger app. We helped unlock a huge improvement in ride conversion and won awards for our design.
