TransJakarta is the Indonesian Transport Organization with the largest Bus Rapid Transit in the world carrying over 250 million passengers yearly.

Researched commuter needs by direct interview with daily users including drivers. Drew opportunities and Invented application based on conclusions to improve quality of life using TransJakarta public transportation. Main ideas of application included: (1) Google maps' like route-calculator: ETA & Best choice of route. (2) Crowd-sourced bus and station quality slider. Designed UI/UX for new application. Prototyped application using React Native, then Presented prototype to TransJakarta Digital Director for implementation.
