Individual listings are pulled in RETS format from the MLS servers, parsed using a PHP script, Geocoded for map placement and fed into a MySQL database. Listings can be looked up using city, or house features. Once user input is received listings are presented to the user in a grid. Upon selection of a property user is presented with property details, map and contact information.
