Leading 0-1 design innovation work streams to empower new participation experiences within Facebook Groups by enabling anonymous and pseudonymous presence. Close partnerships with Leadership XFN, leveraging data, research and AI to implement user-centered design approaches to deliver efficient and delightful solutions.

🏆 Successfully relaunched an anonymous posting feature in Groups in 2023, resulting in 7000% year-over-year increase in adoption/participation. This significant launch had a positive impact on the entire Facebook app metrics, contributing to a notable +0.03% increase y/y.

As a first hire on commerce design team, I played a pivotal role in conceptulizing, prototyping and and successfully launching the "Shops" feature on FB and IG, enhancing the user experience by streamlining the discovery, engagement, and purchasing process for Shops on Facebook and Instagram.

Shipped variety of features to improve and scale Marketplace experiences. My focus was on creating user-friendly and scalable system that enhanced discovery framework, simplified navigation and focused on seller retention. I believe in the power of collaboration and thoughtful design to make each user's journey seamless and engaging. It was a privilege to be part of the great design team very early in the Marketplace's journey.
