Led end-to-end product design for two health experiences: the DNA health results dashboard and a Type 2 Diabetes risk calculator, translating complex genetic and behavioral science data into clear, actionable user experiences.
Initiated and created the first product map and system flow for AncestryHealth, aligning design, product, and engineering teams around the full feature ecosystem and improving onboarding for new team members.
Conducted customer journey mapping across transactional emails and product touchpoints, identifying expectation gaps and key friction points before users received their genetic health results.
Designed a new educational dashboard experience to prepare users for results, combining DNA insights with additional signals such as family health history, polygenic risk scores, and lifestyle factors.
Reimagined the entire transactional email lifecycle, creating targeted content and entry points that addressed customer concerns and guided users into the product experience.
