# Michele Vospette-Kraemer > Staff Product Designer Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/michelevospettekraemer I am an expert and innovative UX designer with over 15 years experience crafting thoughtful user experiences that delight people. I have a proven track record of designing successful products across multiple devices, using a user-centered process. I am a strong analytical thinker and I am energized by solving complex design problems while partnering closely with engineers, product managers and business. At the core, I believe in making complex things simple and beautiful. I have excellent collaboration skills, including the ability to lead junior designers on projects. During my 7 years at eBay I've led multiple high-profile projects from inception through completion across various domains. Some of the projects I led include the re/design of the consumer-to-consumer listing flow across devices, the item description page (300 to 500 millions page viewed a day), the transaction flow, the close up layer, the wish list, the zoom feature, and the quick re-list flow. Before making the switch to eBay, I was the sole UX designer at MCL Software Service where my focus was to design and iterate Fujifilm Europe's various online digital photo-finishing services, some of them involving design collaboration with Nokia, Adobe and Microsoft. As a multi-hat designer, I additionally worked on visual design, content, and front-end development. I started my career as a freelancer designing and developing an e-commerce website for a small business, a tourism agency information site, and a section of the Stanford University website. I was born in France and graduated from the Free University of Berlin, Germany. I speak French and German fluently.
