# Michelle Barron > Product Designer & Vibe Coder | AI Experience Design · Human-AI Interaction Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/michellebarron Product designer with 9 years shipping at scale, now designing at the intersection of human behavior and AI. I've led design across multi-brand platforms used by millions, driven measurable revenue impact, and built AI products solo from zero to production using Claude Code. I don't just design for AI. I build with it. Georgia Jean is a live AI meeting agent I designed and shipped solo. Zora is a social recommendation app I took from concept to production. Both are live. At Thryv I led design across local search and business directory platforms across the US, Australia, and New Zealand, running A/B tests, redesigning core search experiences, and building scalable component systems used across multiple brands. Before that, full brand and e-commerce redesigns at Beverage Factory, and end-to-end product design for startups across fintech, consumer, and SaaS through my agency Michelle Jean Design. I'm looking for roles where design, AI, and real product impact overlap. ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ Thryv Jan 2022 – Jan 2026 Led end-to-end product design across local search and business directory platforms including Yellow Pages, Superpages, DexKnows, and brands across Australia and New Zealand, defining interaction patterns, user flows, and visual systems for millions of users. Redesigned core search and homepage experiences, increasing click-through rates by 20% and driving $2.4M+ in annual revenue growth through data-informed design decisions. Ran A/B tests and usability studies to validate content and design decisions, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate quickly and measurably improve conversion across two-sided marketplace products. Built and maintained scalable component systems and content patterns in Figma and Sketch, contributing reusable, modular design tokens and interaction patterns that increased design-to-engineering velocity across cross-functional teams.
