As a Strategic Designer at BCG Digital Ventures, I worked on early stage innovation projects to bring new ideas to life. I led the research work stream to define, plan, execute, and derive insights from the needs and desires of our end users. I conducted both generative and evaluative research, but also work on with the team to align on business strategy and development, define product features, and go-to-market roadmap.
My research has spanned both domestically and internationally. Although the projects are highly varied, I've worked primarily in Energy, Healthcare, and Tech driven industries.
Responsibilities include:
• Discovery | ethnographic interviews, expert interviews, concept testing, client-design storm workshops, surveys, product benchmarking, micro and macro trend studies, storyboarding, personas, journey maps, customer use cases, early prototypes, usability testing, quantitative surveys
• Business development | service design, alignment with internal and external businesses, use case scenarios, pitch for internal funding
• Story telling and pitches | client facing pitches with huge element of story telling, micro-macro trends, business strategy, and product roadmap, go-to-market strategy

As a Product Designer at Zaplabs (the innovation and tech arm of the real estate parent company, Realogy) I designed simple and elegant tools used by Real Estate Agents and Brokers on both Business and Consumer facing sides. I had the opportunity to design a major product from the ground-up to launch.
My role included:
• Translating UXR insights to product opportunities
• Wire framing, user testing, prototyping, hi-fi mockups, user flows
• Collaboration with PM's, UXR, Backend & Frontend Developers, and Copywriters.
