Dobby AI is a no-code platform that lets non-technical teams create and launch AI workflows safely. I turned concepts like datasets, chunking, and model evaluation into guided, scalable UI patterns that shorten time-to-value and validated flows with users and informed PM/engineering tradeoffs ahead of build:

• Designed an enterprise no-code AI platform enabling non-technical teams to build and deploy AI workflows with guardrails, roles, and audit trails.

• Translated backend complexity (datasets, chunking/embeddings, evaluations) into progressive UI reducing onboarding friction for first-time users.

• Prototyped using AI tools to test flows with real users, cutting idea-to-prototype and accelerating product decisions.

• Partnered with PM/engineering to align UX with business KPIs (time-to-value, activation, retention) and to ship scalable patterns ready for production.

• Initiated and facilitated feature optimization projects to improve selling experience through cross-functional collaboration with product managers, developers, and business teams to align UX solutions with business objectives.

• Led the Shopee University Website relaunch, resulting in a 95.4% increase in user engagement and a 101% growth in traffic by streamlining user flows and optimizing content architecture.

• Supported the redesign of the seller registration portal, improving onboarding experience to meet usability objectives.

• Analyzed cross-channel campaign data and translated insights into actionable strategies, leading to a 168% performance lift for Colgate-Palmolive’s product rebrand.

• Developed media plans and optimization strategies for diverse clientele, including CHANEL, Edgewell, and Subaru, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
