• Manage global payments, platform and content management, and commercial program execution for all markets.
• Worked with payment partners globally to identify and prioritize highest value B2B and B2C payment methods in international markets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and KPIs for new feature requests to identify impactful opportunities for the product roadmap.
• Partner with teams across the organization to ensure operational readiness for product updates and launches.
• Strategize with cross-functional partners to identify process improvements, map out solutions, and deliver new workflows to increase operational efficiency.
• Work with engineering to deliver internal system upgrades, optimizing workflows for all ecommerce platform users, including: Finance, Support, Sales, Commercial, and Technology teams.
