Back to doing what I love most: everything Frontend. Tackled architectural tech debt on the daily and brought more standards to Aware's Frontend for all around ease of use and speed!

This was a leadership position, with a focus on frontend technologies. I helped to shape new standards for Aware's frontend code base, and implemented sprints and Agile methodology for a team of 4 people. This significantly cut our time to production: we went from 6+ months per release, to releasing weekly!

This was a subsection within Olive called Olive Helps - their first ever public software development kit (SDK)! In this position I created our developer hub - a community space for documentation and training. I also worked on the kit itself using TypeScript and Go.

This was a leadership position. I provided guidance to software teams (2 -3 teams, roughly 15-20 people) and spent my time dreaming up new enhancements and technologies to push healthcare forward. My teams focused on enriching Olive's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) toolset and finding new analytic insights for customers.
