I'm Michelle, a senior majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Digital Arts at Stony Brook University. I love building interactive, user-friendly web applications that bring ideas to life; I want my work to leave a lasting, positive impact while being a fun experience to visitors.

Currently, I'm beginning research on jaw sensors and linguistics, exploring android development with CodePath, and working hard to rejuvinate the Girls Who Code chapter here at Stony Brook University!

• Troubleshoot technical issues for 25,000+ students and faculty across 7,500 courses via email, phone, ticketing system, online chat, and walk-ins, ensuring user satisfaction and minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support to instructors and students for over 3,000 courses through phone, email, and chatbot.
• Design and lead bi-weekly instructional webinars that introduce faculty and students to web development using HTML and CSS follow-along demos, with 47 participants to date.
