Meta University is an immersive ten-week paid internship program that lets students from underrepresented communities gain a comprehensive understanding of the people, culture, products and technologies at Meta.

• Paired with two groups of 4-7 students for a 10-week Technical Interview Prep course by CodePath.

• Facilitated 1-hour virtual breakout sessions focused on technical interview practice.

• Guided student discussions, fostering comfort and trust in technical interview scenarios.

• Provided hints, support, and feedback to enhance students' understanding of technical concepts.

• Utilized provided resources, including facilitation strategies, icebreakers, and technical interview problems and solutions.
