I was responsible for overseeing the design process for three different customer groups as the Experience Design Leader. These groups include Small businesses, Banking partners, and Referral partners. My team is tasked with creating an effortless loan application process and developing internal tools that will assist SmartBiz representatives in organizing and reviewing loans for our banking partners.

I served as the Experience Design Leader for the UX product team, overseeing the three pillars of UX Design, UX Research, and UX Content Design. My role involved providing support to a team of skilled managers and individual contributors. Together, we successfully developed one of the first FDA-cleared medical apps designed to treat people with chronic illnesses.

I led a team of web and mobile UX product designers responsible for designing the entire partner experience. Our focus was on creating key touchpoints that would connect real estate agents with active buyers and sellers, ultimately helping them expand their business.
