I work at the intersection of UX/UI and front-end engineering. I’m strongest in service and self-service journeys where status, expectations, and next steps must be crystal clear, especially when there’s back-office complexity behind the scenes. At Ayvens Automotive (formerly LeasePlan and ALD) I lead UX/UI work across key journeys such as damage reporting, reimbursements, and support. I redesigned the damage flow so cases remain accessible and can be completed afterwards with missing documents and photos, and I introduced in-flow support patterns to help users without breaking the journey. I run moderated usability testing with prototypes and translate findings into concrete design decisions, patterns, and build-ready specs. Most of my work ships in mobile app contexts: Vue-based apps deployed to iOS and Android via Ionic, and React Native experience from banking. That technical base helps me make realistic design choices, collaborate tightly with developers, and keep delivery moving without losing UX quality. Outside of client work, I’m part of Boyos Soundsystem: DJ and co-organizer of events like Boyos Wonderland.
