I'm a product design leader at Salesforce focused on envisioning and shipping personalization, generative AI, and agentic experiences for marketers. Since starting my design career in 2007, I’ve worked across various B2B industries—including marketing, healthcare, finance, and IT—as a hands-on designer and people leader in agency and enterprise environments. In recent years, my work has centered on AI for Marketing, strongly emphasizing generative and now agentic AI. I'm passionate about lifelong learning and mentorship; in 2018, I created a UX certificate program at Skyline College and now teach design at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Outside of tech, I explore storytelling through creative writing as a way to grow and stay connected to the broader creative process.
