Was part of an agile, self-driven, cross-functional team consisting of a PM, designer, frontend, backend and QA. We employed tight feedback loops, code reviews, testing, ci/cd and collaborative design/architectural decisions

 Helped maintain 6 of ~30 apps in 3 different environments (dev, test, prod) as part of a microservices architecture

 Created a Custom Branding experience for existing clients (i.e. Jackson-Hewitt) to enable their customers to interact with Canopy discreetly 

 Built a new onboarding flow to vastly reduce churn, increase  ‘stickiness’ with customers and  bring formerly separate functional components into one experience

Working primarily in React/Redux, in conjunction with product/design/QA and a back-end team, some of the things I do are...

Created/maintained Jolt's internal UI library
  -approximately 40 UI components with unit tests
  -Forms, Tables, Filters, Buttons, Dropdowns, Messages, Selection tools, etc.	

Developed an internal billing and invoicing product as a replacement for Quickbooks

Built a marketplace for clients to purchase Jolt hardware
 -all new customers and ~10% of old ones are using the new system 
 -replaced a Google Doc ordering form and eliminated the need for staff to manually
  place orders
 -utilized the Stripe library for transactions and security

Worked on data visualization using Highcharts
  -built graphs using temperature probe data
  -helps customers have more control over their temperature needs 
  -this app is Jolt’s most anticipated new product

Architected migration tooling for Chick-fil-A employee data to integrate into Jolt's ecosystem

Converted 3 app’s testing environments from Chai/Jasmine to Jest/Enzyme
  -wrote approximately 150 unit tests using Jest/Enzyme and Chai/Jasmine
  -brought code coverage up in the marketplace app  from ~30% to ~80% 

Mentored a new hire during his ramp-up period
