Drawing from a strong background in building operations, facilities support, life safety systems, and team leadership, I bring hands-on experience supporting large-scale commercial properties in New York City and a skill set well aligned with the needs of property and project management roles.

Currently, I work in building engineering and operations, where I support daily property functions, preventive maintenance programs, and tenant service needs in close coordination with property management teams. My experience includes operating and monitoring building systems, responding to operational issues, coordinating follow-up with vendors and internal staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This operational foundation allows me to understand how building performance, tenant satisfaction, and effective management intersect.

In addition to my facilities background, I offer extensive leadership and administrative experience from my prior career in law enforcement, where I served in a senior management capacity. In that role, I oversaw personnel, scheduling, training, compliance, reporting, and departmental projects while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This experience strengthened my ability to manage complex responsibilities, communicate clearly under pressure, and maintain accountability across teams.

I am a Local 94 member of the International Union of Operating Engineers and hold a broad range of FDNY, OSHA, and safety certifications that support effective operations within complex environments. In my current role, I am spearheading approximately 30 security officers while leading and controlling all aspects of security issues by collaborating with local, state, federal law enforcement, governmental agencies, and community groups.
