Synapse was once the largest banking as a-service platform enabling companies across the globe to quickly launch feature complete deposit and credit products. (Defunct 2024)
•Responsible for maintaining and implementing new features such as increased user controls by 20% when handling customer services and financial accounts in the Admin Dashboard.
•Resolved bugs that were causing inaccuracies in the transaction’s timeline and implemented a new feature by allowing users to update sub-account status by routing to a new RESTFUL API endpoint.
•Developed and launched a new version of Admin Dashboard in account details page within tight deadlines with an overall effect of reducing half of the customer services and account managers’ time in shipping, resetting pins for debit cards, maintaining account status, CVS transaction downloads.
•Worked closely with the Design teams, Backend team, and across other users to deliver new features for customer account management within the given deadlines and addressed almost over 90% of use cases to minimize bugs.
