• Own administration and operation of a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment supporting 1,200+ users, spanning Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), on-prem Active Directory, and AAD Connect.
• Administer Exchange Online, including dynamic and static distribution groups, recipient filtering, mailbox permissions, and message trace investigations to support mail flow troubleshooting and governance requirements.
• Use PowerShell-enabled administration, leveraging AI-assisted scripting to perform bulk Microsoft 365 actions, validate configuration changes, and support Exchange group logic with appropriate safety checks.
• Partner closely with Security, Compliance, and HR teams on access control, email retention–related workflows, and lifecycle processes to ensure technical execution aligns with policy and risk considerations.
• Support large-scale organizational changes, including mergers and domain consolidations, assisting with identity alignment and hybrid infrastructure stabilization while maintaining email service continuity.
• Manage Intune for Windows and macOS devices, supporting device configuration, policy enforcement, update management, and compliance reporting aligned with Microsoft 365 access requirements.
• Serve as technical owner for Teams Rooms and enterprise collaboration hardware (Neat Bar Pro, Poly X50), ensuring reliability for executive and global meetings; monitor, troubleshoot, and coordinate vendor remediation as needed.
• Contribute to internal documentation and operational process capture, standardizing troubleshooting practices and identifying opportunities for safe, future automation.
