It is Sberbank’s AI Assistant across a 30+ service ecosystem, helping users complete everyday tasks inside the superapp through a unified conversational UX and a multi-agent system spanning finance, e-commerce, government services, entertainment, travel, foodtech, and more. Scope of responsibility (what I own) 1) Led product development of the AI Assistant from 0 to 1, defining product vision for 12 months and a 5-year horizon. 2) Regularly presented and defended UX strategy and growth concepts to senior corporate leadership. 3) Designed and standardized new UX patterns, principles, and guidelines that help users solve daily tasks: financial analytics, transfers and payments, document and insurance assistance, travel planning, subscription and cashback selection, and place discovery on maps via a multi-agent architecture built from scratch. 4) Delivered concepts to a dev-ready state: specifications, flows, edge cases, and analytics requirements in collaboration with product analysts. 5) Built and maintained a GenUI-ready design system from scratch for 30 ecosystem services. 6) Managed and validated design decisions for designers building production agent experiences. Impact 1) Shipped v1 of the AI Assistant to production in 2 months. 2) Hit MAU/DAU and engagement targets within the first year by rapidly shipping onboarding and activation features. 3) Ensured consistent agent UX by creating a pattern library and acting as a key design approver in agent release cycles, including design, architecture, and product decisions. 4) Launched the world’s first agent that recommends and opens a bank deposit based on a user’s capital and needs. 5) Introduced scalable design foundations (GenUI) that enabled faster rollout of new agent scenarios across the ecosystem. ### Founder & Design Director @ Demos Education Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | Baku, Azerbaijan Founded and led a private study center in Azerbaijan preparing students (grades 9–11) for entrance exams. My role & contribution – Explored two core design directions for the product: – A neutral, technological concept using the metaphor of light as a symbol of clarity and awareness. – A warm, human concept inspired by childhood memories, with muted colors, real photos, and hand-drawn illustrations to convey safety and sincerity. – Contributed to the early brand identity and visual language of Dzeny. – Shaped the product’s positioning between AI technology and psychological trust, helping to define how the app communicates with users on both emotional and functional levels.
