Leveraging my deep expertise in enterprise UX and product design, I'm leading human-centered product design on one of CDW’s SaaS product development teams. To elevate UX and UI, I drive design with user research, usability testing, jobs-to-be-done, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, a design system, and component library.

Utilizing user-centered design, jobs-to-be-done, and Lean UX methodologies, I spearheaded the design for a B2B customer portal deployed on Salesforce Experience Cloud using the Lightning Design System.

As a senior designer at the wealth management arm of UBS, I leveraged my expertise in enterprise UX/UI to lead the development of an intuitive and user-friendly trading platform. I successfully drove the design process from ideation to implementation, research and testing, resulting in improved UX.

Drove the design of optimal user experiences for customer journeys by doing user research, testing, and feature prioritization based on UX research & testing insights. I oversaw the user experience strategy for this ad-tech platform. I collaborated with the VP of Product and engineering teams on a design strategy. Led design ops and the design team on a tactical level to execute the design strategy. I collaborated with other stakeholders and performed hands-on design work, including user research, research synthesis, task-flow analysis, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, design systems, and user testing - user-centered design, design thinking, jobs-to-be-done, heuristic analysis, information architecture, usability testing.

Through strategic UX planning and meticulous observation of UX design best practices and UI design principles, my efforts played a pivotal role in driving increased market adoption of DoubleVerify's B2B SaaS platform within the advertising industry. By crafting an intuitive and user-centric experience, we effectively addressed the unique needs and pain points of our target audience, fostering trust and satisfaction among users. This ultimately resulted in heightened industry recognition and widespread adoption of our platform, solidifying DoubleVerify's position as a leader in the market.

I led the UX redesign for the ad-tech platform including data visualization and dashboards, increasing NPS by 40% and boosting the system usability scale by 70+%. Drove user research and usability testing. Introduced new UX tools and processes, created a new design system and design styleguide. The customer churn rate decreased, the virality coefficient number rose, and user retention and renewal rates increased during my tenure.

I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including members of the UX team (researchers, interaction designers, and visual designers), product managers, and engineering teams, to develop highly efficient and user-friendly products. My UX process involved hands-on user research and rigorous usability testing. Introducing innovative design tools, methodologies, and techniques resulted in a threefold increase in team efficiency. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive company-wide design system, component library, and style guide.

Through these initiatives, I significantly contributed to increased product adoption, engagement, and customer retention, while also elevating Net Promoter Scores (NPS), sales performance, and customer conversion rates.

I led UX design for a global ad-tech platform, collaborating with CX, product, and engineering teams. Using user-centered design and Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks, I created personas, user journeys, and experience maps. I developed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, conducted user research and testing, and oversaw visual design. These efforts improved customer retention and reduced churn rates.

Principal User Experience Designer on an array of consumer, partner, and dealer facing digital marketing design engagements. Created wireframes and mockups, performed user testing and visual design and managed outside resources for development.

Delivered improved user experiences across various desktop and mobile e-commerce projects that resulted in increased engagement and completed purchase metrics. Worked extensively on futuristic, innovative internal black box “concept lab” initiatives with the vision to drive consumer engagement as well as redesigns for such projects as product search & browse, shopping cart and checkout. Also, worked on the designs of many internal applications such as a universal order system, online store and brick-and-mortar syncing systems and consumer-facing micro-sites.

(Contract) I was a UX design lead for a video content management system for Ericsson which is a provider of interactive television systems to broadcasters (who knew?). Used Visio, Omnigraffle, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Director for wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

I lead the user experience design for desktop and mobile applications with Autodesk Location Services.
