Led design and strategy on Slack's Growth pillar. Maintained a high bar for craft while increasing experimentation velocity, focused on data-informed experiences that delivered millions in business impact 💰 

• Managed & support a team of designers while contributing as an IC
• Spearheaded Growth partnership with every pillar at Slack, and partnered closely with Marketing, Data Science, Research, BizOps, Legal and Global Expansion  
• Scaled our trials and freemium strategy from a single trial to a robust, scalable trial ecosystem
• Established and built out Upgrades Kit, a sub-design system of Slack Kit for conversion
• Led design on cross-company Pricing & Packaging initiatives — from our first-ever price increase and Free plan repackaging in 2023 to our latest repackaging launch in 2025, focused on value creation and bringing AI into base plans, with significant business impact $200M+ ACV
