• Worked as a core member of the PLC Services team to develop tooling and CICD pipelines for robots in Ocado's highly-automated warehouses, contributing to daily standups, design meetings, code reviews, and retrospectives

• Developed new tools to validate the correctness and safety of PLC programs, and optimised existing ones to improve developer experience & reduce pipeline runtime

• Designed and built an application to allow developers to efficiently resolve merge conflicts in complex binary files, removing a critical bottleneck in productivity for over 80 developers

• Created a web-based frontend for the team's flagship product (completing work before initial estimates), secured endpoints with OIDC authentication, and contributed ideas towards the design of the backend architecture

• Reverse-engineered checkout & payment flows of popular E-commerce sites + payment providers, improving the product's marketable feature set and reducing failed checkouts due to edge-cases

• Designed and built a centralized stock-monitoring service with Rust, which indirectly reduced the TCO of the product for customers and became responsible for coordinating over $1.5m of annual purchases

• Created a monitoring dashboard for the aforementioned service, allowing the company to quickly diagnose issues and respond by changing configuration, decreasing common incident response time from 25 minutes to 30 seconds
