I am an experienced Endoscope Technician II in the medical device industry with a combined 5+ years of leadership experience as a Sub-Leader, Trainer, and former Design Manager. My background spans hands-on technical repair, team coordination, process oversight, and cross-functional communication—giving me a strong foundation to transition into a Manufacturing Supervisor role.

In my current position, I support daily operations by managing workflow, planning team schedules, arranging OT, and ensuring our line meets or exceeds daily production goals. I also coordinate cross-training programs to strengthen team flexibility and maintain high productivity. I work closely with Apriso, Oracle, WIP tracking, and quality systems to monitor progress, solve problems quickly, and ensure safety and compliance.

Before medical devices, I spent 2 years as a Design Manager, overseeing a creative team, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. This experience sharpened my leadership, communication, planning, and people-management skills—skills I now apply in a manufacturing environment.
