Driving impactful, customer-based outcomes and advancing the long-term vision of the Splunk Observability Cloud product. I have led the successful execution of several significant features across every stage of the design lifecycle, from ideation to launch. These features aimed to improve the customers' troubleshooting and monitoring experience of their environment. My contributions have been recognized with multiple patents. I enjoy collaborating closely with fellow designers and cross-functional partners on large and complex features while also taking pride in mentoring others and contributing to the culture of the design team and Splunk as a whole.

Responsible for the product design strategy for Ancestry Recommendations product, primary customer engagement vehicle. Driving initiatives that actualize the product vision over time by implementing user experience that is user-centered, cohesive, inclusive, accessible, performant. Active UX mentor within and outside of Ancestry.

Co-founded Rapid Experience Design (RED) team that augmented feature teams and provided ideation, rapid prototyping, validation using a variety of UX research methods. Led story-telling strategy for the immersive content experience across topics with sustained cultural and historical value. Led the initiatives across DNA space and created concepts that spanned moonshots, long and near-term projects, all with the potential to transform consumer genomics.

Led series of user research studies, prototyping, brainstorming activities with users and internal stakeholders, and defined the vision for the future Ancestry Search product. Provided continuous improvements and optimizations of the current user experience, while collaborating with the teams across different time zones. Developed a series of prototypes to test the natural language processing (NLP) concepts to streamline the user experience.

Integral to leading complex, high-impact redesigns from content strategy, wireframing, rapid prototyping, visual design to front-end development, my role was versatile and crucial to the success of multiple projects. Led all the design efforts behind the launch of a new digital product. Created and governed the design system library.
