As an Associate Director of Learning Design, I I led the design and execution of national professional learning initiatives that advanced creativity, authenticity, and transformative technology integration across educator networks. I translated strategic vision into scalable learning systems, aligning research, user experience, and measurable implementation to drive sustained instructional impact.
Spearheaded the end-to-end development of a multi-part Digital Creation learning track, conducting market research, presenting strategic direction to executive leadership, securing organizational approval, and leading production through agile, iterative design cycles.
Designed and launched the Teacher Leader Corps (TLC) Toolkit, building a scalable framework to support site-based teacher leadership nationwide. Within six months of launch, the toolkit generated 600+ landing page visits and sustained engagement across recruitment, onboarding, leadership, and empowerment resources.
Designed facilitation frameworks and interactive learning assets for National Teacher Leader Corps meet-ups, strengthening cross-site collaboration and professional community engagement.

By designing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating compelling content, and providing UX feedback, I have significantly increased community engagement and brand visibility. Past projects include developing popular educational templates, leading impactful workshops, and executing successful promotional campaigns across various platforms.
Spearheaded the #NotAtISTE 2024 campaign for FigmaEdu, developing over 40 social media promotions with 16,000+ impressions in one week, designing and facilitating 6 interactive live stream workshops on FigJam, and coordinating a virtual rock-paper-scissors tournament.
Designed 20 FigJam education templates for the FigmaEdu team and co-facilitated live webinars highlighting templates and best practices in the classroom.
Engaged with hundreds of educators at various education conferences while leading workshops and 1:1 demos on tools such as Adobe Express and FigJam.

As the Manager of Facilitation Engagement, I created an inclusive and engaging experience for our coaches and facilitators, meeting their needs while connecting them to our mission. I organized and facilitated professional learning events, boosting community engagement through strategic initiatives and high satisfaction ratings. By collaborating with stakeholders and establishing feedback mechanisms, I enhanced our facilitation and coaching program, supporting Teaching Lab's mission to transform teacher professional learning for educational equity.

Developed and facilitated a year-long virtual professional learning program designed to help educators bolster their curriculum with new research-based teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning activities. (The MERIT (Making Education Relevant through Innovative Technology) program has been KCI’s premier professional learning program since 2002.)
Managed a diverse online cohort of learners, adapting all instructional components to be presented via synchronous and asynchronous e-learning experiences, with participants rating the program’s overall effectiveness an average 3.9 out of 4.
Achieved 100% participation in the online learning program by designing onboarding and learning processes, establishing communication protocols, managing program’s Learning Management System (LMS), and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Managed program social media channels and community outreach, averaging 800+ viewers per post, showcasing program outcomes and driving community engagement from past and potential future program participants.
