# Misty Kluesner > Associate Director, Learning Design @ Digital Promise | Instructional Design | Content Creation | Community Engagement Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/mistykluesner I have always gravitated toward creative endeavors. I am an advocate for play and creativity in learning for all ages. I believe that we are all creative and that our most powerful connections to content occur through moments of design, discovery, and joy. I am trained in design thinking through the Stanford d.School and am experienced in navigating ambiguity and using an empathy based, bias-toward-action approach to problem solving. I offer a variety of freelance services, including social media content creation, visual design, and community management. I am also looking for my next full-time adventure where I can showcase my creative, problem solving, design thinking, visual creating, technology integrating, hyper organized skill set.
