· Led an operations floor of 20+ members ensuring stability of their computers and assets through acquired IT practices.

· Published content and actively maintained an internal help documentation website for use by ~50 employees.

· Oversaw the liquidation of ~300 different servers from our co-locations via a custom eCommerce website and various 3rd party outlets.

· Maintained and installed servers requiring knowledge in server editions of Ubuntu, Windows, and MacOS, through VMWare virtual clusters.
