# Miya H. Zhang 🌟 > UX Design Strategist | Framer Expert | Driving Product Growth for AI Startups Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/miya I'm a UX designer & strategist who helps ambitious startups turn complexity into clarity — blending UX, product thinking, and service design to shape digital experiences that are not just aesthetic, but purpose-built to drive business growth. As the founder of Sweeter Design studio, I work with founders and cross-functional teams at early-stage startups. Through UX audits, design sprints, no-code prototypes, and product stories that aligned user needs with business goals, I helped drive outcomes such as +420% increase in onboarding conversion. With 8+ years of global experience, I’ve partnered with startups and global teams to launch new ventures, optimize SaaS onboarding flows, and translate human insights into product strategy. At Framer — a premium no-code website builder loved by designers — I joined the founding Studio team to prototype enterprise service experiences, support high-impact sales conversations, and bridge cross-functional collaboration with product, GTM and customer success. Earlier in my career, I led digital transformation and SaaS localization strategy at FactSet in Tokyo, managing $6.9M+ in ARR for enterprise clients. My educational foundation in cognitive systems and experience working across 40+ countries allow me to design with cultural intelligence, systems thinking, and empathy. I’m especially energized by teams building tools for creators, social impact, and emerging industries like AI. I believe great design is not just functional — it’s empowering, inclusive, and deeply human. ⚙️ UX Strategy | Experience Design | Product-Led Growth | Service Design | Facilitation 🌍 English, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese 🤝 Got an exciting project?
