As a lead, I am responsible for coaching a team of designers to cross-collaborate with marketing, engineering, development, product managers, and other steak-holders to gather UX requirements, create and review prototype mockups, and audit implemented designs. My responsibilities also include managing end-to-end enterprise features for multiple B2B SaaS products using a design system I co-created alongside my manager. We use Figma to rapidly visualize, prototype and explore product mockups while implementing UX best practices that help drive innovation to our multi-billion dollar products. I occasionally participate in internal and external user research projects to evaluate results that help us deeply understand the impact of our designs have on our customer’s success Prior to Cisco, I worked as a UX/UI Designer at the Nissan Innovation Lab in Santa Clara. I was the sole designer in their highly classified Concept Car division and was responsible for ideating, designing, and prototyping new in-cabin user experiences for unannounced vehicles within production years 2020 - 2050. Outside of work, I like to restore and sell classic European cars, spend time with my family 👶 at the park, and hang out with my Bengal/Maine Coone cat 😺.
