I began my software engineering journey with 2 college summer internships with Meta Inc. I worked under the Facebook dating team to automatically detect and flag profile entries that violate our community standards. 

After graduating from Harvard with a bachelors in Computer Science, I joined Meta full-time where I currently work with the Friending experience team. I work across the stack, and with data, to develop products that help millions of users form meaningful connections on Facebook. 

As an African, I am also passionate about using technology to innovate products geared towards improving financial, health, education, and other economic and social sectors in the continent.

Worked as a Full Stack Software Engineering Intern on the Facebook Dating Team. Coded in Hack and React Native on a self-guided summer project.

Learned iOS App Development using Objective-C for 4 weeks and worked in a team of 3 to build an iOS application from scratch. Worked on both the frontend and backend.

Work remotely with other CodeU fellows to write web applications using Java in the backend, HTML and CSS on the frontend, code review of the work done by other team members, and collective ideating on designing user-friendly products.
