During this project, our team led initiatives to drive business growth for the Worcester Red Sox. Through data analysis, including regression analysis on ticket sales data, a forecasted $6,500 increase in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) was identified. Additionally, a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis was conducted, leading to the decision to invest in app development and projecting a significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increase to $1,129,953. Spearheading the development of a tailored mobile app, features like streamlined ticket purchasing and an interactive park map were integrated. Through effective communication, support from key stakeholders was gained. An intuitive ordering system was also designed, enhancing fan experience and operational efficiency at Polar Park. This project showcased our team's ability to drive data-driven decision-making and deliver tangible business outcomes.
