Additionally, a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis was conducted, leading to the decision to invest in app development and projecting a significant Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increase to $1,129,953. Through effective communication, support from key stakeholders was gained. An intuitive ordering system was also designed, enhancing fan experience and operational efficiency at Polar Park. This project showcased our team's ability to drive data-driven decision-making and deliver tangible business outcomes.
