Interned as a technical developer at Kim'C Market by working on their Shopify based site. As the only technical developer on site, I worked through a variety of challenges. Most of my time was spent learning about:

- The Shopify ecosystem and Kim'C Market's usage of that environment
- Theme development and maintenance
- The Shopify API to create custom apps integrated with their Shopify store

My main project throughout this internship was to automate the company's fulfillment workflow for one of their drop-shipping services. To do this, I created a web application that allows certain orders to be shared with certain fulfillment services, made possible through integration with the Shopify API.

The website was developed following the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, NodeJS). The site host its own API for user authentication, the Shopify API for the sharing and communication of orders, and SendGrid/Twilio for email/SMS notifications.
