• Represent the Client to oversee the Architect, consultant, contractor, suppliers and coordinate the procurement processes including consultant prequalification, bidder lists and RFP preparation, Prepare Project Manuals and Bid forms, tender analysis, and recommendations to the client.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope, Identifying and resolving project issues.

• Mange schedules, Scope, budgets, and resources and communicate directly with designers, client, contractors, and other stakeholders concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling as well as overall execution and delivery.

• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations. Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems.

• Prepare Project Manuals and Bid forms and open the bids for public contracts.

• Overseeing and coordinating the receipt and approval of the Sub-Contractor’s Detailed Architectural design drawings and submittals.
