• Collaborate with feature delivery teams to implement new product functionality and customer-requested enhancements using the Salesforce technology stack.
• Work on the Force.com platform, employing technologies such as Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and React.
• Deliver scalable solutions in various verticals, including telecom, energy, and utilities, while maintaining a keen focus on writing clean code and leveraging design patterns.
• Develop custom solutions using force.com, including Apex classes, triggers, components, VisualForce pages, and SOQL.
• Apply knowledge of modern Javascript frameworks (LWC, React, Angular, Vue) in the Salesforce domain.
• Write Apex REST Services and consume Salesforce Platform APIs, demonstrating expertise in continuous integration (Jenkins, CircleCI) and Git (Github, Bitbucket).
• Lead delivery teams, conduct training sessions, participate in standups, and provide mentorship and issue resolution.
• Identify technical debt and optimize systems continuously, translating business requirements into technical architecture.
• Estimate effort, balance polish and speed effectively, and work directly with customers to understand use cases and collect feedback.
• Focus on delivering quality solutions through thorough testing, unit tests, and adherence to best practices such as TDD.
• Act as a member of an agile team, participating in all associated processes and cadences.
