• Managed the coordination of product life cycle (Stage gate) activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities
• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues
• Closely work with customer’s Engineering and product development teams to drive NPI builds and support design changes
• Organizing, planning and executing NPI development builds, ensuring products meet cost, quality and timeline targets before transitioning to Mass production
• Driving Ramp/NPI readiness plan with internal and external teams taking material, resources availability in account
• Providing support, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations as required
• Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
• Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions
• Monitoring and controlling Sustaining projects, leading continuous improvements and cost reduction activities
