Managed and grew two teams of designers and a content designer for HOVER, an augmented reality construction startup. Defined and executed on product strategy through close collaboration with cross-functional peers in engineering and product.

Led Product and Design for Puppo, a direct-to-consumer personalized dog food startup out of Mars Petcare's Innovation group. Oversaw product strategy, UX and marketing design, and user research through a mix of freelancers, design consultancies, and internal partnerships.

As Design Director/Strategist in Intuit's central Innovation Group, I lead the company wide MR, VR, and AR research initiatives. I provided direction and strategic support to other concurrent projects, including AI, blockchain, chatbots, voice interfaces, and next-gen data visualization.

Working with the Product and Engineering lead, I created a product strategy for Twitter's Direct Messages platform across mobile and web. We implemented foundational features like: group DMs, gif reactions, and sharing a tweet to a group.
