I lead the design organization crafting experiences connecting everyone in the world to their friends and communities through Meta's family of apps (MSGR/FB/IG/WA) and devices (Portal, Quest, AR), enabling 3B+ people to communicate every day. I also look after the Meta Design System ensuring cross-Meta experiences are scaleable, well crafted, and industry leading in privacy and control.

Founding member of digital team for Governor Romney's 2012 Presidential campaign. Built and led campaign's creative team of product designers, visual designers, content strategists, as well as art & media. Responsible for delivering strategic creative and systems thinking across all touch points of the campaign both online and offline as well as the 2012 Republican National Convention and Republican National Committee.
