Reinventing visual storytelling with AI

Led design for Applied’s suite of data products used by both commercial OEMs and defense customers to develop, test, and validate autonomous systems. Helped kickstart the company’s ML team, focused on integrating generative AI into complex engineering workflows. My work spanned setting product vision and designing for deeply technical use cases, while also helping scale our design org, design system, and UX best practices. Applied Intuition is a high-growth B2B software company building mission-critical tools for autonomy development at scale.

Leading a team of designers across 3 tracks on LinkedIn’s main Feed team. Involves guiding product vision, improving internal processes, coaching and mentoring, and ensuring a high level of craft and execution. I partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, UX Research, and other cross-functional partners in leading the team to build great products addressing real user needs.

Lead designer for the Careers Growth team. Worked closely with cross-functional partners in defining both long-term strategy and short-term tactics with a focus on growing and retaining our jobseeker user base. Owned design for multiple high impact projects from conception to launch including #OpenToWork and a new jobseeker guidance experience that resulted in one of the largest in-product retention wins of the year.

Lead designer for the Careers Interactions team. Worked alongside UX Research in conducting foundational and usability studies, and collaborated with Product Managers and Engineers to strategically define high-quality solutions for our users. Key projects included redesigning LinkedIn’s member and guest job application experiences, and designing a referrals experience that increased people’s chances of getting hired by 10x.
